Learn massage moves you can do at home. The sequence will be broken down into short, easy-to-remember segments, demonstrated, and then performed by your partner, then received by you (performed by your partner). Please wear comfortable clothing and bring 2 pillows and one yoga mat.
INFANT MASSAGE WORKSHOP
For New Parents
Learn a wonderful way to bond with your baby through nurturing touch. A full-body sequence is demonstrated on a doll and only you massage your child. Massage can help with colic, sleep, and GI issues. You’ll also learn exercises that build coordination and prepare your newborn for rolling over, sitting up and crawling.
