I know I’m not alone in the joy of scrolling through family and friend reunions on here. I consider this post my visiting of an old friend, Astanga. It’s been a while but yoga TT called me back and it felt like coming home but with new eyes. Doing that many Sun Salutes off the bat hurt my shoulder so I do fewer jumps. My slower paced practice made for a more accessible #trianmukhaekapadapaschimottanasana which is interesting, isn’t it?
